How does Smart Move work?

You choose your new Morris home and we work alongside local estate agents to sell your current home.

Once we have agreed on a selling price with you, you will then need to pay a reservation fee for your new Morris home, and we set about marketing your property with the estate agent. We will follow up all viewings and keep you fully up-to-date throughout the entire process until a sale is agreed.

When we’ve found a buyer and the sale is agreed, we pay a contribution towards the agent’s fees and you move into your brand new Morris home as soon as it’s ready.
