Morris Homes (Central) have an exciting opportunity for Sales Administrator to join a rapidly growing business based in Rugby.
Are you highly organised, customer-focused, and passionate about property? We’re
looking for a proactive Sales Administrator to join our friendly New Homes team.
Responsible for:
- Supporting the Sales team with administrative tasks throughout the homebuying journey
- Managing customer documentation and ensuring compliance with company procedures
- Liaising with site teams, legal teams, and production departments to keep sales progressing smoothly
- Updating CRM systems and preparing reports for management
- Handling customer queries with professionalism and care
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in property, sales administration, or customer service
- Excellent communication and
organisational skills - Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
- Confident using Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Coins)
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
